Payment methods

  • bank transfer on a given  bank account.
    All kind of fees and bank charges to be charged to buyer’s account.
  • Credit card ( Visa, Mastercard )  with DotPay.pl - secure payment service. Transactions are authorized on-line  by PolCard authorization centre through secure connection. Miklobit doesn't have access to your credit card data. We don't charge  any extra fee  for card payment . The order is processing after we get transaction confirmation from DotPay.pl.

Prices are given in PLN for domestic sales, in EUR/USD for foreign sales ( outside Poland ).    

Orders for goods  adapted to individual requirements or manufactured according to client's projects are carried out after paying 100% of the contract.

 

Delivery

Most orders will normally ship from us within 3-7 business days, depending on the stock and supply. 

We ship ordered goods using Polish Post Office and DHL messenger service. Delivery cost depends on destination country, goods weight/volume and is displayed on shopping basket page 

You can always track current order and delivery status ( using tracking code you get with order confirmation ) checking tracking page.

Invoices

On demand, we can make out commercial invoice for your order. To get one, please fill company name and VAT id. Since Miklobit shop is based in the Poland, the VAT ( Value Added Tax ) applied to our goods is 23%.  

Returns and complaints

Products offered in the store are brand new and original.

 

Every thing you bought in the store can be complained in a timely manner and conditions of the complaint if it has defects, contributing to its non-compliance with the agreement. In the case of documented sales receipt the complaint may be filed by mail by returning the goods (with the attached filing a complaint and receipt), by registered mail to the address: "Miklobit Kłosowicz Milosz", ul. Matejki 20/29, 43-600 Jaworzno, with the inscription: "ftfshop.eu complaint. "client receives information about how to consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the letter containing the consignment shop advertised goods. in the case of positive response to a complaint lodged by post," Milosz Miklobit Kłosowicz "Client sends a full-fledged product (repaired or new ) within 14 days, and when this proves impossible (for example, out of print), will pay the full amount you paid the price of goods.

 

 

In case of damage to the goods by the customer during transport, the Customer is obliged to make in the presence of employee e-mail / courier damage protocol. Claims arising from damage to goods during transportation will be considered based on the damage report drawn up by the client and mail / courier.

 

According to polish law regulation, you can return purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving reason. Goods can not be used or damaged. We pay back the price. This rule apply to consumers only but not apply to goods adapted to individual requirements or manufactured according to client's projects.
